Rimba's role
Rimba is a marketplace platform connecting buyers with verified independent sellers. The sales contract is between you and the seller; Rimba mediates payment, shipping, and dispute resolution per the claims policy.
Purchasing
- All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and final at checkout; totals are recomputed server-side from original prices, never from your cart.
- Stock is first-come: when two buyers race for the last item, the earlier checkout wins.
- Guest checkout is a convenience; you remain responsible for keeping access to your order code and the email used.
- International orders follow the destination country's import rules; duties, taxes, and phytosanitary permits are the recipient's responsibility.
Selling
- KYC and bank details must be your own and accurate; identity misuse voids payouts.
- Prohibited products: protected wildlife, illegal seeds, and anything violating CITES.
- The 5–10% commission per seller applies to product subtotal (not shipping), rounded down in the seller's favor.
