Independence

Rimba is funded by transaction commission (5–10% per seller, visible in every order breakdown) — not from advertising or sponsored posts. Sellers cannot buy reviews, homepage spotlights, or editorial picks. Products featured in articles are chosen by their authors, not the commerce team.

Publishing process

  • Every article passes two readers: a field editor and a language editor.
  • Scientific claims cite primary sources or named practitioners.
  • Photos belong to contributors; use outside the blog needs written permission.
  • Factual errors are corrected with a visible correction note, never silently edited.

Articles may link products from the catalog (“Shop this story” cards). Those links earn the same commission as any transaction — no special rates, no linking obligations. Articles are never scheduled around store stock.
